You can actually see what’s happening in the gargantuan action sequences, which is always a plus. (“Creed II”) takes over the reins this time, bringing a narrative focus and visual coherence that’s been woefully lacking in the past. But it’s far superior to the five cacophonous blockbusters Michael Bay directed between 20.
